This bill provides FY2020 appropriations for several federal departments and agencies. It includes 4 of the 12 regular FY2020 appropriations bills:
- the Departments of Labor, Health and Human Services, and Education, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2020;
- the Department of Defense Appropriations Act, 2020;
- the Department of State, Foreign Operations, and Related Programs Appropriations Act, 2020; and
- the Energy and Water Development and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2020.
The departments and agencies funded in the bill include
- the Department of Labor,
- the Department of Health and Human Services,
- the Department of Education,
- the Department of Defense,
- the Department of State,
- the Department of Energy,
- the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers,
- the Bureau of Reclamation, and
- several related and independent agencies.
