Critical funding to electrify the General Services Administration (GSA) and United States Postal Service vehicle fleets; 2. Funding to make needed capital improvements to Postal Service infrastructure; 3. Funding for the National Archives to speed the processing of veterans’ record requests; and 4. Oversight and accountability provisions.
