Hearings to examine how Community Development Financial Institutions support underserved communities, including S.3441, to amend the Community Development Banking and Financial Institutions Act of 1994 to reauthorize and improve the community development financial institutions bond guarantee program, S.2092, to permanently authorize the Native Community Development Financial Institutions lending program of the Department of Agriculture, S.2508, to amend the Truth in Lending Act to extend the consumer credit protections provided to members of the Armed Forces and their dependents under title 10, United States Code, to all consumers.
