Hearings to examine current issues in insurance, including S.4110, to amend the Financial Stability Act of 2010 to include the State insurance commissioner as a voting member of the Financial Stability Oversight Council, S.2432, to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to exclude from gross income amounts received from State-based catastrophe loss mitigation programs, S.910, to create protections for financial institutions that provide financial services to cannabis-related legitimate businesses and service providers for such businesses, and S.3022, to subject certain private funds to joint and several liability with respect to the liabilities of firms acquired and controlled by those funds.
