Local Task Forces on 21st Century Policing Act of 2015
Amends the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 to authorize the use of funds under the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant Program by state and local governments for the establishment of a task force to identify the best ways to create an effective partnership between local law enforcement officers and the community those officers serve that reduces crime and increases trust.
