Stop TSA Abuses Act
Directs the Transportation Security Administration to prohibit any of the following employees who are not sworn law enforcement officers with arresting authority and who have not successfully completed federal, state, or local law enforcement training from using the title of "officer" or from wearing a metal badge resembling a police badge or a uniform resembling the uniform of a federal law enforcement officer:
- checkpoint transportation security officer,
- checked baggage transportation security officer,
- travel document checker,
- behavior detection officer, or
- transportation security specialist--explosives.
