One Size Does Not Fit All in Education Act - Prohibits the Department of Education from using funds to: (1) develop, implement, or evaluate any set of multistate academic content standards or any assessments aligned with such standards; or (2) award any grant, contract, or cooperative agreement that requires or authorizes those activities.
Prohibits the Secretary of Education from requiring states to adopt such standards or assessments as: (1) an eligibility requirement in an application for federal funds, or (2) a condition for receiving a waiver of statutory or regulatory requirements under the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965.
