State-Run Federal Lands Act

State-Run Federal Lands Act - Authorizes a state to petition the Secretary of the Interior, with respect to National Park Service (NPS) or U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service land, or to the Secretary of Agriculture (USDA), with respect to Forest Service land, to enter into a cooperative agreement for state management of such federal land located in the state.

Sets forth requirements for the approval or denial of petitions.

Prescribes the contents of such cooperative agreements.
