To authorize additional district judgeships for the district of Colorado, and for other purposes.

This bill increases from seven to eight the total number of U.S. district court judgeships for the District of Colorado and requires court in that district to be additionally held at Fort Collins, Colorado. The President must appoint, with the advice and consent of the Senate, one additional judge for that judicial district.
