Fruit Heights Land Conveyance Act - Directs the Secretary of Agriculture (USDA) to convey to the city of Fruit Heights, Utah, all interest of the United States in approximately 100 acres of identified National Forest System land.

Requires the Secretary to reserve an easement to such land for the Bonneville Shoreline Trail.

Requires the city to use such land only for public purposes.
