Medicaid and CHIP Territory Transparency and Information Act

This bill directs the Secretary of Health and Human Services to publish and update periodically, on the Internet site of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services information on the Medicaid program and the Children's Health Insurance Program under titles XIX and XXI of the Social Security Act that are carried out in the U.S. territories.
