Energy Product Reliability Act
This bill directs the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to certify an Energy Product Reliability Organization. Once certified, the organization must establish and enforce reliability standards for energy pipelines (e.g., natural gas, hydrogen, and petroleum pipelines) relating to cybersecurity, physical security, and the coordination of delivery and availability of energy products to ensure reliable electricity generation.
