Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that continuous parental engagement in the schooling decisions impacting their children is to be commended, supported, and encouraged, and that current efforts to exclude parents or even label them as domestic terrorists should be condemned.

This resolution recognizes the rights of parents to engage in the development and implementation of decisions impacting their children's school environment, curriculum, health, and well-being practices. It also condemns designating parents as domestic terrorists.

Referred to the Committee on Education and Labor, and in addition to the Committee on the Judiciary, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
