To amend titles 36 and 38, United States Code, to direct the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to carry out actions for certain surviving family members of veterans deceased as the result of suicide, and for other purposes.

This bill requires the Department of Veterans Affairs to carry out specified actions for the next of kin of veterans who died of suicide on or after September 11, 2001, such as providing free counseling to the next of kin and volunteer caregivers.
