This bill limits the flags that may be flown on federal property.
Specifically, the flags that may be flown on such property are (1) the flag of the United States, (2) the flag of a state, (3) the flag of an Indian tribal government, (4) a flag of the U.S. Armed Forces, or (5) the National League of Families POW/MIA flag.
