Of inquiry directing the Administrator of the Small Business Administration to transmit certain documents to the House of Representatives relating to the role of the Small Business Administration in determining taxes for small business concerns.

This resolution directs the Small Business Administration (SBA) to provide the House of Representatives with any documents and communications during the period beginning on January 1, 2021, and ending on the date of adoption of this resolution that relate to the SBA's role in determining federal taxation of small businesses.

Referred to the Committee on Ways and Means, and in addition to the Committee on Small Business, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
