Midnight Regulations Review Act

This bill requires the Government Accountability Office to report on certain regulations promulgated during the period leading up to the inauguration of a new President, including major rules that may be subject to nullification under the Congressional Review Act.

Referred to the Committee on the Judiciary, and in addition to the Committee on Oversight and Reform, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
