Repaying the Rural Borderlands Act of 2021
This bill requires the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to reimburse individuals, entities, and state and local governments for damage to property caused by aliens entering the United States along the southern border. DHS must also reimburse local governments for the costs of providing care, such as housing and schooling, to such aliens.
