A bill to prohibit the Commissioner of Social Security and any officer or employee of the Social Security Administration from requiring that any individual be vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of receiving benefits under titles II or XVI of the Social Security Act.

This bill prohibits the Social Security Administration from requiring vaccination against COVID-19 as a condition of receiving Social Security retirement, disability, or survivor benefits. The prohibition also applies to receipt of Supplemental Security Income (a federal assistance program that provides monthly cash payments to individuals who are aged, blind, or disabled and have limited income and resources).
