Ending Qualifications that are Unjust for Access to Lifesaving Care Act
This bill prohibits a state from receiving resources or supplies from specified sources, including the Strategic National Stockpile, during the COVID-19 emergency if the state has a policy for the distribution or use of such resources or supplies that discriminates on the basis of disability.
