Stockpiling for America's Future Endeavors Act of 2020
This bill authorizes the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to accept donations of money, services, or property to the Strategic National Stockpile, subject to certain limitations. HHS must submit a publicly available annual report to Congress concerning these donations and the amount of federal savings generated from them.
