This resolution express the sense of the House of Representatives that the Office of the Director of National Intelligence must remedy the executive branch's continuing violation of national security laws by

  • forwarding to Congress the whistle-blower complaint (and related materials) received August 12, 2019, by the Office of the Inspector General of the Intelligence Community,
  • fully complying with the September 13, 2019, subpoena from Congress,
  • taking affirmative steps to protect the whistle-blower who filed the complaint, and
  • preserving all information that relates to allegations in the complaint.

The resolution also states that the President and his associates must immediately cease public efforts to discredit the whistle-blower.
