It's About Time Act

This bill changes the calendar period for the federal fiscal year (currently October 1 through September 30) to January 1 through December 31 beginning in 2020.

Referred to the Committee on the Budget, and in addition to the Committee on Oversight and Reform, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
