American Worker Holiday Relief Act of 2020
This bill revises and extends unemployment compensation eligibility requirements for workers affected by COVID-19. It also requires states to offer workers claiming compensation the option to withhold federal income tax from payments and requires states to report to the Department of Labor on backlogs of unemployment claims.
