This bill generally addresses the response of federal agencies to climate change, including by providing for the admission to the United States of climate displaced persons, by requiring the Department of State to develop a Global Climate Change Resilience Strategy, and by requiring the Government Accountability Office to report on the progress made towards incorporating climate change into the policy of departments and agencies.
