Strengthening Refugee Resettlement Act
This bill modifies provisions related to the treatment of refugees, including by (1) directing the Department of State to establish overseas training programs to offer English and work orientation training to admitted refugees, (2) providing lawful permanent resident status to certain admitted refugees, and (3) directing the Office of Refugee Resettlement to provide grants to national resettlement agencies to operate a case management system to assist qualified individuals in accessing services and benefits.
