Inaugural Fund Integrity Act

This bill imposes various restrictions on presidential inaugural committees, including prohibitions on soliciting or accepting donations from foreign nationals or from entities that are not individuals. The bill also forbids an individual from donating more than $50,000 to such a committee.

Referred to the Committee on House Administration, and in addition to the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
