Presidential Library Donation Reform Act of 2017

(Sec. 2) This bill requires each presidential library fundraising organization to submit quarterly reports to the National Archives and Records Administration (National Archives) on every contributor who gave the organization a contribution or contributions (whether monetary or in-kind) totaling $200 or more for the quarterly period.

The Archivist of the United States shall publish such information on the website of the National Archives within 30 days after each quarterly filing.

It shall be unlawful for contributors or fundraising organizations knowingly and willfully to submit false information or omit material information. Prescribes criminal penalties for violation of this prohibition.

(Sec. 3) No additional funds are authorized to carry out this Act's requirements. Such requirements shall be carried out using amounts otherwise authorized.
