This bill directs the President to withdraw all U.S. Armed Forces from Saudi Arabia, prohibits the use of funds to maintain the presence of U.S. Armed Forces in Saudi Arabia, and requires the President to impose an import tariff on petroleum or any petroleum-related product or byproduct from Saudi Arabia to ensure that the price of such goods is not less than $40 per barrel.
