Ending the Electric Vehicle Entitlement for the Wealthy
This bill eliminates the tax credit for qualified plug-in electric drive motor vehicles for any taxpayer whose adjusted gross income exceeds $163,300 ($326,600 for joint returns) in a taxable year.
