No Welfare for Terrorists Act of 2020
This bill revises eligibility requirements under the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP, formerly known as the food stamp program) to disqualify an individual from receiving SNAP benefits if the individual is convicted of a crime related to terrorism and is not in compliance with the terms of the sentence, is a fleeing felon, or is violating a condition of probation or parole.
