TPS Extension Act of 2018
This bill amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to extend temporary protected status (TPS) through September 15, 2021, for eligible nationals of countries currently designated for TPS.
TPS designation permits eligible nationals of designated counties affected by armed conflict or natural disasters to temporarily reside and work in the United States.
