To amend the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 to clarify the use of subminimum wage with respect to certain contracts.

This bill amends the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 to allow educational agencies in Missouri to contract with an entity to operate a program for disabled individuals who are 24 years of age or younger under which work is compensated at a subminimum wage if such an individual has received and produces documentation that indicates completion of certain transition services before beginning work.
