Department of Homeland Security Chief Data Officer Authorization Act

(Sec. 2) This bill amends the Homeland Security Act of 2002 to direct the Chief Information Officer of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to designate a career appointee of DHS as its Chief Data Officer.
