This bill prohibits the use of any federal funds for the design or construction of any levee wall, steel-bollard fence, or other wall within or on
- a unit of the National Wildlife Refuge System;
- a unit of the National Wilderness Preservation System;
- a wildlife corridor, as determined by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service; or
- land owned or under the jurisdiction of a state, unless an appropriate authority of that state approves the construction.
