To amend the Controlled Substances Act to provide for enhanced penalties for trafficking in fentanyl, and for other purposes.

This bill amends the Controlled Substances Act to impose a mandatory minimum prison term on a defendant who commits a low-level first-time or repeat offense involving the manufacture, distribution, or possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance containing two or more grams of fentanyl.
