Menstrual Hygiene Products in Federal Buildings Act
This bill requires federal agencies to ensure that menstrual hygiene products are stocked in, and made available free of charge in, restrooms (except for those for use by men) in public buildings that are open to the public, including the Smithsonian Institution, the National Gallery of Art, and the U.S. Capitol and its associated buildings.
