Judicial Reorganization Act of 2019
This bill creates a new U.S. court of appeals by dividing the current U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. The newly created U.S. court of appeals shall have jurisdiction over Alaska, Arizona, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington.
