Federal Contractor Anti-Harassment Training Act of 2018
This bill requires an executive agency, as a condition for the award of a federal contract, to: (1) require a contractor, and any subcontractor, to provide mandatory sexual-harassment training to each of its employees on a biennial basis and, to each employee hired on or after the contract date, within 90 days of that date and biennially thereafter; and (2) allow such contractor, and any subcontractor, to use the agency's sexual-harassment training materials and resources in providing such training.
