Protecting Rights Of Those Exploited by Coercive Trafficking Act of 2018
This bill amends the federal criminal code to specify that supplying, furnishing, or providing a drug or substance to a person, including to exploit or create an addiction, constitutes: (1) coercion, for purposes of a child sex trafficking offense; and (2) coercive means, for purposes of a forced labor offense.
