A bill to amend title 37, United States Code, to standardize payment of hazardous duty incentive pay for members performing parachute jumping as an essential part of military duty, and for other purposes.

This bill provides hazardous duty incentive pay to members of an Armed Forces reserve component or the National Guard who perform a parachute jump as an essential part of their military duty. Currently, only active duty members are entitled to hazardous duty incentive pay for performing such duties.
