To prohibit assistance to the Government of Pakistan, and to require the Department of State and the United States Agency for International Development to transfer amounts to the Highway Trust Fund equivalent to historic levels of assistance to Pakistan.

This bill prohibits Department of State or the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) funds from being made available as assistance to the government of Pakistan.

The State Department and USAID shall transfer specified FY2018 funds, upon receipt, to the Highway Trust Fund.

Referred to the Committee on Foreign Affairs, and in addition to the Committee on Appropriations, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
