FASTER Act

Furthering American Security by Tempering Environmental Regulations Act or the FASTER Act

This bill specifies that the Department of Homeland Security may waive requirements concerning environmental review or endangered or threatened species in order to ensure the expeditious construction of barriers and roads at U.S. borders.
