National Child Identification Assistance Act
This bill amends the Missing Children's Assistance Act to add findings: (1) that the collection and storage of children's identification information by law enforcement is resource intensive, and (2) that the National Child Identification Program partners with law enforcement agencies, nonprofit organizations, and community organizations to provide in-home fingerprint identification kits to families and promotes the proactive in-home collection and storage of identification information.
