Innovation in Accreditation Act
This bill amends the Higher Education Act of 1965 to allow the Department of Education to waive accreditation requirements if an accrediting agency or association demonstrates that a waiver is necessary to enable an institution of higher education or an accredited program to implement innovative practices.
