Smarter EPSCoR Act
This bill directs the National Science Foundation (NSF), when determining the eligibility of a jurisdiction to participate in the Established Program to Stimulate Competitive Research [EPSCoR] program (formerly known as the Experimental Program to Stimulate Competitive Research), to ensure that the proportion of the total amount of NSF research support attributed to the jurisdiction over the three-year period is calculated on a per capita basis.
