Protecting Student Athletes from Concussions Act of 2018
This bill amends the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (ESEA) to condition each state's receipt of ESEA funds on the state's establishment of specified minimum requirements for the prevention and treatment of concussions in school sports.
