Executive Branch Waste and Fraud Recovery Act
This bill establishes a process for requiring current or former political appointees to repay certain agency spending if the agency's Inspector General determines that the appointee directed the agency to spend federal funds in a manner that is unlawful or inconsistent with agency regulations or policies and procedures.
