Hold Congress Accountable on Healthcare Act

This bill makes Members of Congress ineligible for health plans offered through health insurance exchanges, health plans under the Federal Employees Health Benefit Program, federal health care programs, and federal health coverage subsidies if legislation is enacted that changes the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and increases the rate of individuals without health coverage.
