Public Housing Capital Repair Fund Act
This bill reauthorizes the Public Housing Capital Fund Program under the United States Housing Act of 1937 through FY2020.
The Department of Housing and Urban Development shall: (1) provide grants to public housing agencies (PHAs) for capital repairs that reduce health hazards in dwelling units, including mold hazards and lead-based paint hazards; and (2) make such grants to address the unmet capital needs of large, mid-size, and small PHAs.
